     Also Newsun USA has its own testing center to evaluate new products quality class before entering the market. We now have in a good management system to guarantee the production quality with the ISO9001 and TS16949 as it's management system.
     During our production, we control quality in every production step one by one 100%. First we test raw materials before our production. After raw materials approved, we begin the first step of all our manufacturing—turning inner ring and outer ring. We check their quality very carefully in order to guarantee the quality in next step. Advanced automatic machinery was imported from Japan, so the quality is excellent. Next step is heat-treatment. It is also very important step for our product life, so we pay more attention to this step. After heat-treatment, we must evaluate its hardness and material chemical composition and organization. We begin production after we are sure of raw material and heat-treatment. During grinding in our workshop, we also check products one by one in each step: first checking by machinery workers, then retesting by QC team again after worker checked. We must test not only its tolerance, but also roundness、roughness、clearance、noise、vibration and so on. One professional QC team will guarantee our products inspected very sinecerely.
     We have a professional engineer team for our products design research and new products development for our customers. Meanwhile we also have a test centre to evaluate our new product quality situation or life level in order to understand our technology situation.
